Statement of Faith of GAB (The Church of the Good God) We believe that the Bible is God’s Holy Word, Infallible, and that is of supreme and final authority in human life. We believe that God is a Good God who always plans good things and a good Father who gives His children expected end. We believe in the divinity of JESUS CHRIST, who has conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary, He led a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose again on the third day, ascended to heaven, seated at the right hand of the Father, and is coming soon. We believe that all mankind lost in sin and faced the judgement of God, therefore they have to repent, come to Jesus the SAVIOUR to receive pardon and get eternal salvation. We believe in the baptism into the Body of Christ which is done by the Holy Ghost, and baptism into the water as Jesus had commanded, and baptism into the Holy Spirit with speaking in tongue as the initial evidence. We believe in the HOLY SPIRIT who lives and works in us to makes us fruitful, and pouring out His power and anointing with His charismatic gifts. We believe that the Church is a fellowship of the saints, to become more like Him in everyway, and to be a blessing to others. We believe in the rapture of the saints and the ressurection of every person, and the believer will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the unbeliever will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the unbeliever will perish. |
